2025 Rising Impact Award - Danielle B.

Change and inno­va­tion are vital to the growth and suc­cess of Quin­cy Med­ical Group. The Ris­ing Impact Award rec­og­nizes employ­ees and providers who, ear­ly in their tenure, have made mea­sur­able strides, inspired col­lab­o­ra­tion, and demon­strat­ed cre­ativ­i­ty, curios­i­ty, and lead­er­ship that ben­e­fit patients, col­leagues, and the organization.

We are hon­ored to present Danielle B. with the 2025 QMG Ris­ing Impact Award. Fol­low­ing a lead­er­ship change with­in the Imag­ing depart­ment, Danielle imme­di­ate­ly stepped up to man­age sched­ul­ing and cov­er­age across all modal­i­ties, ensur­ing con­ti­nu­ity dur­ing a chal­leng­ing tran­si­tion. Her proac­tive approach strength­ened oper­a­tions by col­lab­o­rat­ing close­ly with the Ultra­sound, CT, and MRI teams to opti­mize sched­ules, direct­ly increas­ing access and capac­i­ty for patients.

Danielle’s lead­er­ship extends beyond oper­a­tional improve­ments. She works hands-on with modal­i­ty teams to build trust, stream­line work­flows, and enhance effi­cien­cy, ensur­ing each group feels sup­port­ed and aligned with shared goals. Her nat­u­ral­ly warm and pro­fes­sion­al demeanor has fos­tered strong, pos­i­tive rela­tion­ships with QMG providers, result­ing in mean­ing­ful pro­to­col enhance­ments and qual­i­ty improve­ments across the department.
