We are thrilled to present Nik­ki S. with the 2025 QMG Cul­ture Award. As a ded­i­cat­ed leader of the Behav­ioral Health team, Nik­ki con­sis­tent­ly goes above and beyond to ensure patients, cowork­ers, and mem­bers of the com­mu­ni­ty feel tru­ly seen, heard, and sup­port­ed. Her work with local vet­er­ans, one of our most vul­ner­a­ble and under­served pop­u­la­tions, exem­pli­fies her unwa­ver­ing com­mit­ment to ser­vice and com­pas­sion, remov­ing bar­ri­ers to care and fos­ter­ing a safe, respect­ful, and sup­port­ive envi­ron­ment for all.

With­in QMG, Nik­ki is a cor­ner­stone of pos­i­tiv­i­ty and col­lab­o­ra­tion. She nur­tures an inclu­sive work­place where team mem­bers feel com­fort­able seek­ing help, shar­ing con­cerns, and cel­e­brat­ing suc­cess­es togeth­er.
