I believe real change begins when people feel heard, understood, and respected. My role is to provide a steady, judgment-free space where you can explore life’s challenges at your own pace. I specialize in working with veterans, current service members, first responders, men, and individuals healing from trauma, anxiety, religious trauma, and high-control environments. As both a clinician and a military officer, I understand the weight some people carry — and the courage it takes to face it. In therapy, I walk beside you, offering calm in the chaos and structure when it’s needed. No mission is too small when it comes to reclaiming your peace of mind.

Clinical Interests

I specialize in trauma-focused counseling for veterans, service members, and first responders, as well as support for PTSD, religious trauma, anxiety, depression, and men’s mental health. I also work with couples and individuals managing workplace stress, relationship issues, or recovering from high-control environments. I use a supportive, goal-oriented approach to therapy that helps people better understand their thoughts, manage emotions, and find practical steps forward. My style is focused on your values and what matters most to you.

Personal Interests

I spend most of my free time with my wife and kids — we love bike riding, playing games, and enjoying all that Quincy has to offer. I’m also heavily involved in our local church community, which plays a big role in my life outside of work. I continue to serve as a U.S. Army Reserve officer, which keeps me connected to a strong sense of purpose and service. In my downtime, I enjoy painting miniatures and playing tabletop strategy or roleplaying games with friends and fellow veterans in Quincy’s vibrant gaming community.
