I see therapy as a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out — where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is rooted in the understanding that you are the expert of your own life, and that therapy works best when it feels collaborative, authentic, and grounded in trust. I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely seen and supported.

I have a deep respect for your lived experience and consider it an honor to walk alongside you as we explore what healing looks like for you. Together, we’ll move at a pace that honors your needs, your values, and your story.

Clinical Interests

My specific areas of interest include young adult mental health, perinatal mental health, and supporting clients through life transitions. I’m especially passionate about working with college students and new or expecting parents as they navigate identity shifts, stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm.

Personal Interests

Outside of my work as a counselor, I find joy in quiet and meaningful moments. I love reading, baking, cooking, spending time in nature, crafting, and exploring new places through travel. I truly enjoy my loved ones such as my family, friends, and cat.
