I believe in caring for the whole person and honoring their inherent dignity, strengths, and uniqueness. I believe each person brings their own story, experiences, and expertise about themselves to therapy. I bring my clinical knowledge and skills, and together we enter a collaborative journey of healing, growth, and hope.

My approach is grounded in a person-centered understanding of each person and draws from a range of evidence-informed clinical approaches. I integrate an understanding of neuroscience, the nervous system and the mind-body connection into my work, including somatic awareness to help clients notice and understand how thoughts, emotions, experiences and the body interact. I thoughtfully draw upon the clinical approaches and interventions that best fit each person, their needs and where they are in their journey.

I don’t believe therapy is about having all the answers or knowing exactly where the journey will lead. Rather, it is about being present, curious, and attentive to what emerges along the way. You bring your lived experience; I bring my clinical training and perspective. Together, we walk the journey toward greater understanding, healing, growth, and hope. It is a privilege to accompany you along the way!

Personal Interests

Outside of work, I love laughing, trying new foods, traveling, and spending time with (or, more accurately, chasing!) my family. I enjoy growing flowers, decorating and finding little ways to slow down and enjoy the moment. I’m also a firm believer that a well-timed nap is a perfectly worthwhile way to spend an afternoon.
