"Kaitlyn has such an easy congenial and pleasant manner in which she engages me in a conversation about how I am feeling at a time when I feel so badly that I really don't feel like talking in much detail. She shows so much warmth and empathy in a very measured and authentic manner that is very appreciated. She is genuine and attentive. Kaitlyn Is great at checking In regarding about the treatment options I have and checking In on what I want.She gave me feedback about what to expect In my progress and emphasizing when I should call back If I had not made that progress. I had two medical concerns and so I went ahead and then shared my other concern. She affirmed my concerns were valid and also placed an order for a urine sample indicating it should be checked out, as a result I received treatment for two separate (location) infections. I was so glad that I shared my concerns with her and she was flexible in changing the original antibiotic to an antibiotic that would cover both infections. I like and respect her very much. She is a great asset due to her knowledge/expertise/skill and her personality and communication/ relationship building skills, as well. I feel very comfortable with her. I know she has improved my health for the very best!!"

"I got to the appoint on time however I was checked in about 11 min later then my scheduled appointment and she was more concerned with that then actually seeing me even refused to listen to a problem said I was 11 min late I will have to wait until next appointment . Very unprofessional as well like I was delaying her from a date or something I was very disappointed"
