Prepare for Your Class
The QMG Birth Center Childbirth Education Class is offer once per month on Saturdays from 9am to 3pm at the QMG Birth Center. For many clients that are planning a Birth Center delivery, this class is a requirement. Class sizes are limited, and registration is required. We recommend that you take the class when you are between 28-37 weeks pregnant.
You may bring one support person with you for the class. There will be a 1-hour break for lunch. Lunch is not provided, so clients should plan to bring a lunch with them. You may also bring snacks, a water bottle, pillow, and any other items that will help you stay comfortable throughout the day.
