Injection Treatments

Local anes­thet­ics, with or with­out cor­ti­sone-like med­i­cines, can be inject­ed around nerve roots and into mus­cles or joints. These med­i­cines reduce swelling, irri­ta­tion, mus­cle spasms and abnor­mal nerve activ­i­ty that can cause pain.
