I never intended to pursue medicine as a career. I attended undergrad on a mission to be the next Steve Irwin in the world of wildlife biology. However, multiple experiences led me to a career in medicine. Similar to my journey, I feel that every patient has a story and every story is unique. To provide the best care, an individualized treatment plan must be designed to address the needs and wishes of each and every patient.
