Free Sports Physicals in Quincy

Quin­cy Med­ical Group is offer­ing free sports phys­i­cals in Quin­cy on June 11 and July 28. These phys­i­cals are open to all area stu­dent ath­letes. All ath­letes who receive a sports phys­i­cal at QMG will get a com­pli­men­ta­ry t‑shirt.

Appoint­ments are required. Please call (217) 222‑6550, ext. 3282 to sched­ule an appoint­ment in Quincy.

Please down­load and fill out the pre-par­tic­i­pa­tion form for your school’s state (Illi­nois, Mis­souri, or Iowa) and bring it with you to your appointment.
