Quincy Medical Group is pleased to introduce Dr. Neville Crenshaw, Primary Care Physician, at our new Kahoka, MO affiliate (previously the Crenshaw Family Practice Clinic).
Dr. Crenshaw graduated from Keokuk Senior High School, received his B.S in Biology from Northeast Missouri State University (now Truman State), his medical degree from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, and residency at Charles E. Still Osteopathic Hospital in Jefferson City, MO.
His practice philosophy centers around the “Three A’s – Ability, Availability, Affability, ” He explains, “A good Primary Care physician should be able to diagnose and treat 95% of the conditions that enter his clinic- that’s Ability. I am on call basically 24/7, still doing hospital rounds, ER visits, nights and weekends, as well as 5 days a week in the Clinic- that’s availability, and I try to always maintain my self-deprecating sense of humor and affability.”
He has been in private practice in his own clinic since 1984. He maintains hospital privileges at Keokuk Area Hospital, and has served in all leadership capacities at the hospital- ER physician coverage, Chairman of Medicine Department, Credentials Committee Chairman, Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee Chairman, Hospital Board member, and numerous tenures as Chief of the Medical Staff-one of which he is currently serving.
